Information for Parents - Coronavirus

Please click on the links below for more information from the Government regarding schools opening on June 1st to Year R, 1 & 6.

 

If you need to contact the school while it is closed you can email on adminoffice@uplands.hants.sch.uk This email address is constantly being checked. Updates will be posted on our Facebook page, along with useful links to help keep our lovely children occupied at home.

As well as the Public Health updates we are receiving on a daily basis to the shool the Department for Education has set up a general helpline for parents should you have any queries or concerns about the virus:

Meal Arrangements

During school closures, we have an arrangement place for those children who are in receipt of Free School Meals. Currently there are no Universal Free School Meals for KS1. Free School Meals are benefit related. If you feel that you may qualify, please click on the link below, and complete the online form to check your eligibility.

Updated guidance on keeping children safe online

With the Home Office and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, the government have updated advice and guidance to help parents and carers to keep children safe online during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak to include new information on apps to help children stay safe online.

There is a lot of support available to keep your child safe online. Below are some useful links to help parents and carers:
