In Year Applications
To make an application during the school year, please go to Hampshire School Admissions to find out full information on how to make an In-year application. Details on admissions criteria for over subscribed year groups can be found in our admissions policy. These are included below.
We will aim to respond to your application in writing within 10 school days but must respond in no later than 15 school days.
Please note however that we are unlikely to be able to respond to applications during school holidays. If you are waiting for an outcome, you may need to wait until school returns.
If we are able to offer you a place we will be in touch to arrange a start date, this will be within 4 weeks. If we are not able to offer a place, you will be added to our waiting list. Waiting lists expire at the end of August each year. If you wish to remain on the list, you can apply again from 1st May 2026 and applications will be considered by school from 8th June 2026.
