Welcome to Uplands!

At Uplands, we believe in developing the potential of every child and we look forward to working in partnership with you over all seven years to ensure that your child achieves the very best they can, to be a successful learner, confident individual and responsible citizen.

If your child is 4 or will turn 4 before 1 September 2027, they can start school in September 2027.  For more information and to make an application go to Hampshire Admissions.  Applications open on 1st November 2026 and close on 15th January 2027.

We are delighted this year to be able to offer both Parent Tours and Stay and Play sessions for you and your child to come and visit our wonderful school!

Parent Tours

Parent Tours will take place on the days and times below.  In order to ensure we can show you our whole school in action and give a useful and informative tour for everyone, we are keeping our numbers small - just 8 sets of parents on each.

• Friday 9^th October at 9.45am
• Monday 12^th October at 9.45am and 3.45pm
• Monday 19^th October at 9.45am
• Thursday 22^nd October at 9.45am and 3.45pm
• Monday 9^th November at 9.45am
• Thursday 12^th November at 9.45am and 3.45pm
• Monday 16^th November at 9.45am

Stay and Play sessions for children

Stay and Play Sessions will take place from 3.30pm to 4pm on the days below.  These are open to 1 parent and their child to come and have a play in our Year R classroom and outside area!  If you are an existing family who already know us and our school well, a stay and play session would be ideal for you! As these are based in the Year R learning zones we are able to accommodate up to 25 sets of families on each.
